Payment Terms
Payment for Services
Detailed pricing for our services will be provided prior to the commencement of any work. Payment is due upon agreement of services unless otherwise specified. Failure to make payment may result in the suspension of services or non-distribution of created services.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your services up to 7 days before the start date of the project for a full refund, minus the consultation fee.
Late Payments
Payments made after the due date may be subject to a late fee. Continued non-payment may result in the suspension of your access to our services.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Soul Signature Studio.
